* days ago you sent me a notice of CANCELLATION OF MY FLIGHT FROM TORONTO TO WARSAW * BOOKING REF: OULEJT . You gave me an option of rebooking, or a refund (the voucher is OUT OF QUESTION!) I chose the re-booking and I sent you the alternative date on July ****, which is * days ago.You are asking for PATIENCE* however, I CANNOT WAIT FOREVER FOR THE CONFIRMATION OF AN ALTERNATIVE DATE. I have ONLY LIMITED TIME WHEN I CAN FLY TO POLAND FOR A VISIT AND COME BACK TO CANADA, IN TIME TO RETURN TO WORK!! I will not travel to Poland for LESS THAN * WEEKS!! If you do not respond by tomorrow, I WILL DEMAND A FULL REFUND TO BE DEPOSITED ON MY CREDIT CARD THAT WAS USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKET BACK IN JANUARY****. I WILL ALSO DEMAND A FULL REFUND FOR THE LUGGAGE I HAD TO PURCHASE ADDITIONALLY.*IT IS SIMPLY OUTRAGEOUS THAT NO ONE IS ABLE TO REACH YOU BY PHONE ANYMORE, AND TALK TO AN AGENT IN PERSON!!* IT IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN LOT!*YOU WILL* NOT GET AWAY WITH NOT REFUNDING ME IN A TIMELY MANNER! I WILL NOT SIMPLE PRESENT YOU WITH *,*** I SPENT ON THE FLIGHT AND THE LUGGAGE!!* If I don't hear from you by tomorrow, I will demand to be fully refunded in a timely manner, so that I can purchase a flight with another airline that is reliable.*Anna Klosinska
