I need assistance with getting a refund for a cancelled flight (E-ticket no. : [redacted][redacted]-69) booked through MakeMyTrip with LOT POLISH AIRLINES. Their policy entitles me to a full refund due to the cancellation. An executive from MakeMyTrip advised me to request the airline to update the remarks on the PNR for the refund. The exact quote is, "If you want to claim the full refund please ask airline to update the remarks on the PNR for full refund." How should I communicate with the airline to make this request for a full refund? Your prompt guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am ready to provide any necessary details. Can you manage the cancellation request with a full refund citing the reason as "flight non operational" on my behalf? Please, reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have already written multiple times, and you have never replied. Shameful. My LX66 flight from Zurich had a major problem and a significant delay due to a technical issue, as you know. I am requesting a refund/compensation as provided by law. Additionally, as I have previously mentioned without any response, upon my return to Zurich, I was only given a small voucher for a sandwich and a drink. Outrageous. This is not what I expected from a national airline. I am sure you will not reply to this complaint either or claim that the deadlines have passed, but I am prepared to send you all the previous unanswered complaints to prove your indifference. Everything is documented. Hoping this time I will be compensated for the 10-hour delay. I await your response, as usual. VMorici P.S. I frequently travel for work with other airlines, and when there have been technical issues, they have always refunded without issues, even for delays under 10 hours. For delays over 3 hours, reputable airlines (such as AA, British, United, etc.) refund the €[redacted] as per the law and respond promptly. For a 10-hour delay, you have not even replied. I hope this time will be different.

I purchased roundtrip airfare with LOT airlines through Flyus for myself and a friend from Newark to Warsaw for $1,[redacted].94, however, I ended up agreeing to a higher amount of $2,[redacted]. After the shutdown, I attempted to get a refund by contacting LOT airlines who advised me to contact Flyus. I couldn't reach Flyus by phone, so I followed the online instructions on March 19th to cancel our tickets, agreeing to an additional $[redacted] processing fee mentioned in an email from Flyus on March 31st. Despite paying the fee on April 6th, I haven't received a refund and after several emails, only got a response on April 22nd that my query was sent to the concerned department. I've provided all relevant details, such as order numbers and ticket information. I'm unsure why this process is so complex and am seeking assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you. Sincerely, Holly Gloeckler FLYUS Order Number: OO296B Airline Confirmation #: QJQKYS LOT Order No. And Ticket Nos.: Ticket #: Holly Gloeckler: [redacted][redacted] Ticket #: Mike Haupt: [redacted][redacted] Total Amount Paid: $1,[redacted] per ticket ($2,[redacted] total) Cancellation Fee via Flyus: $[redacted]

I have a reservation booked for Hungary from Jun 22 to Nov 5 under KM2VZF. As we are both over 70 years old with various medical concerns and US citizens, we are hesitant to travel to Hungary currently. If we decide to change our travel dates to August, September, or October [redacted], how would that affect our reservation given the current travel restrictions in place? We would ideally like a refund so we can reschedule our trip to Hungary at a more suitable time. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. - L. Kadar, +1 [redacted]

Our flight to Warsaw on the 1st of May [redacted] was canceled due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The booking number is QKMGRS and the ticket number is [redacted][redacted] for 2 people. I made an error on the re-booking form by selecting a return date after our departure, which was obviously incorrect. After speaking with a helpful Polish man on the 27th and 30th of May, we agreed to reschedule our flight to the 27th of April [redacted] with a return on the 9th of May [redacted], mimicking the original flight schedule. During our second call, the man assured me he would send the confirmations within 5 minutes, but they never arrived. I have submitted the re-booking form twice now without any response. Although I understand it is a busy time, we are eagerly awaiting confirmation of these flights to plan accommodation accordingly. Thank you, Stephen S. and Susan S.

Dear Sir, I am inquiring about the status of your international flights. My son and I are currently in India but we are originally from Spain. We are hoping to return to Spain around the middle of July. Unfortunately, my son couldn't return to Spain before his passport expired due to the travel restrictions. Spain is not issuing new passports at the moment. The Spanish Embassy in Delhi informed us that in order to issue a temporary travel document, we need to purchase a ticket first. However, it's challenging to buy a ticket without a valid passport. I have a couple of questions: - When are you planning to resume your international flights without disruptions due to the pandemic? - Would it be possible for us to purchase a ticket for my son without his passport? We can provide the necessary information for the temporary travel document as soon as it's issued by the embassy. Thank you for your assistance, Esperanza Feliu Vidal

My mother, Helen K., who is 81 years old, had multiple flight cancellations with LOT Airlines, for a total of seven times. It has been very distressing for her, especially since she is flying from Newark and not New York. I have engaged a Corporate Lawyer to investigate this situation. The constant cancellations have caused a lot of stress for my mother, who even needs to take Nitroglycerine Pills due to the anxiety. This treatment of a long-term client is completely unacceptable. I am demanding a resolution promptly, otherwise, I will proceed with legal action as advised. Please contact me urgently at +1 [redacted]. Thank you. Robert K. (for Helen K.)

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inquire about an email I received a week ago informing me that my flights were cancelled. I would appreciate further details regarding this matter. My booking number is JSY8G7 under the surname Badura. Fortunately, I later discovered that the flights are being rescheduled; however, I have not received any communication regarding this. I am confused as to why the flights from Amsterdam to Warsaw are still confirmed while the others (Warsaw to Larnaca, Larnaca to Warsaw, Warsaw to Amsterdam) are cancelled. I would like clarification on why these specific flights are available for booking on the website. I kindly request your assistance and guidance on what steps I should take to proceed with my trip. Your prompt response to my inquiries would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, Hannah Badura

Dear Sirs, I have purchased flights with booking number L9BHEE for Roberto Alberiche Ruano and Margarita Suárez García. I need to cancel these flights due to a canceled wedding because of COVID-19. I tried calling in May but was asked to try again in July. I filled out a cancellation request on June 29th, but have not received any response. With the flight dates approaching, I am concerned about the cancellation process. Can you please confirm the cancellation and refund or change the tickets for May [redacted]? Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, [Initials]

Subject: Request for Compensation for Cancelled Flight I am reaching out to claim compensation as per Art. 7 of Regulation (EC) No. [redacted]/[redacted] for the following booking details: Passenger Name: Vu Duc Cuong Booking Number with kiwi.com: [redacted]11 Flight Schedules: 1. Singapore - Warsaw on LO68 with LOT Polish Airlines on April 29th 2. Warsaw - Stockholm on LO453 with LOT Polish Airlines on April 30th I purchased the ticket through Kiwi.com, and due to the impact of the Coronavirus, the flights were canceled. Despite Kiwi.com offering a voucher as compensation, I am requesting a refund as per the law. I have not received any documentation indicating my acceptance of the voucher, and I insist on a cash refund in accordance with the regulations. I received a flight cancellation notification for my trip from Toronto to Warsaw with booking reference OULEJT. I opted for rebooking over a voucher and submitted July 7, [redacted], as an alternative date three days ago. I appreciate your request for patience but cannot wait indefinitely for the rebooking confirmation due to limited travel time. If I do not hear back by tomorrow, I will require a full refund to my credit card for the ticket purchased in January [redacted]. Moreover, I will also seek a refund for the additional luggage costs incurred. The inability to reach you by phone and speak with an agent is unprofessional, and I am disappointed in the service provided by LOT. I expect a prompt resolution and will seek a full refund promptly if there is no response by tomorrow, allowing me to book with a different airline. Thank you, A.K.

I had a flight booked to Yerevan, Armenia in May which got canceled. I am trying to get a refund through Expedia but have not been successful. I filed a claim with my travel insurance in May but keep receiving more requests for information. Initially, I thought I could only get a credit from LOT but discovered I could get a refund. I am having trouble with the refund process as the website is not accepting my password, and I was never issued a ticket. I updated my email to [redacted], so please send any communications there. My confirmation number is WZ5VBG for a trip from Phoenix, Arizona to Yerevan on May 20, [redacted], returning on June 13, [redacted]. Any guidance on the process would be appreciated. Thank you.

Dear LOT team, I have been trying to reach you by phone without success. I have a round-trip air ticket from Chicago to St. Petersburg, Russia, with a layover in Warsaw on August 12 and returning on September 11. My Lot Polish Airlines Confirmation Number is PTHGBB and my e-ticket number is [redacted][redacted]. I received a notification that my flight from Warsaw to Saint Petersburg (LO [redacted]) was canceled. However, there was no mention of my other connecting flights from Chicago to Warsaw and the return flights from Saint Petersburg to Warsaw and Warsaw to Chicago. I am inquiring how this will affect my entire booking under confirmation # PTHGBB since only one portion has been canceled. I am looking to rebook my tickets once the situation with the coronavirus outbreak becomes clearer and flights resume. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Alla K. Email: [redacted]

Case number RP/[redacted]/19/KST Hello, In August [redacted], I filed a complaint regarding the cancellation of flight LO3946 from Poznan to Warsaw on July 1, [redacted], which resulted in my onward journey to Toronto being postponed to the next day. As compensation, I received a 40% discount voucher from Lot valid for a year. I had planned a trip to Poland in June of this year, but unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic has made it impossible for me to proceed with this journey. Due to these circumstances, I kindly request either the reimbursement of the equivalent amount or the extension of the voucher to [redacted]. I mention [redacted] because I am an older person and have concerns about the safety of such a trip in the spring of next year. Sincerely, Magdalena Leja

On July 27th, our flight with reference QGKW3P was cancelled by LOT. I promptly requested a refund online due to uncertainty about travel plans to Europe. Although LOT acknowledged my request, it has been over 30 days without a resolution. While I understand the current situation, a refund of $[redacted].96 should not take this long, especially when rescheduling is uncertain. I hope you can expedite this process to help with our finances during these challenging times. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing about the timeline for the refund. Thank you, Kathryn Huber

I have paid for flights from the UK to Poland with a return trip. Unfortunately, my flight from Heathrow to Warsaw has been canceled, while the Warsaw to Katowice leg is still scheduled. Trying to reach LOT via phone has been unsuccessful, and I have incurred costs waiting on hold. I am looking for assistance or an alternative solution as I prefer to fly with LOT on the 12th or cancel my remaining flights, including the return, and get a refund. It's challenging to find another airline during the Christmas period. I hope for a prompt response or a refund if no alternative can be arranged. Flight Ref: RXZATA Date: 12/12/[redacted] Flight Number: LO286 Best Regards, P. Clarke
