Subject: Request for Assistance with Booking Error Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request a reconsideration of an error that occurred in my recent booking. The original booking number through CheapOair was [redacted]5 and the airline confirmation number was P28EKB. Regrettably, when I made the booking on May 20, [redacted], I mistakenly entered my wife's name as Roger Minnaar instead of Brenda Minnaar on the E-ticket [redacted][redacted]/80. Upon discovering this error, I contacted your offices, but unfortunately, I was informed that the mistake could not be rectified, and I was required to purchase a new ticket for my wife on October 6, incurring an additional cost of $[redacted].14. I take full responsibility for this oversight and acknowledge that I should have reviewed the booking details more carefully when they were sent to me. As a loyal customer who has booked numerous flights with your company, I kindly ask for your understanding and seek your assistance in reducing the extra charge imposed on us, two senior citizens who value your services. I am writing to request a cancellation letter for Ms. Nidtaya Maysakun due to the flight LO0138 cancellation. The flight from Istanbul to Warsaw was canceled, and I had to purchase new tickets for 5,[redacted] TL to attend an urgent meeting. I need to cancel my flight from Odessa to Warsaw on November 8th, flight LO768. Our booking reference is RSYQDL. Due to unforeseen circumstances, two passengers from Denmark were unable to return on the scheduled flight and we had to rebook for the following day via Istanbul. The service at Odessa airport was extremely poor, with significant wait times to speak to a representative. After waiting for hours with no resolution in sight, we took the initiative to book new flights ourselves. This resulted in a delayed arrival in Denmark, unexpected expenses in Odessa, and additional costs such as parking in Billund. Hello, On November 24th, I attempted to purchase a flight ticket from Kosice to Kyjev via Warsaw for the 28th of November, under the name Olga Kranina. When I entered my debit card details, your app indicated a problem and the purchase did not go through. I did not receive any email communication regarding this issue. The following day, November 25th, I tried to buy the ticket again but encountered the same unsuccessful purchase message. This time, I did receive an email notifying me of the failed transaction. On that same day, I successfully purchased a ticket for the same flight through Pelikán agency in Bratislava. However, today, I noticed that the payment for the unsuccessful November 24th transaction was deducted from my bank account (I have attached the confirmation). I have not received any email confirmation of this payment from your company. As I already have a ticket through Pelikán agency, I kindly request a refund for the unsuccessful transaction. I arrived at the Tel Aviv airport on Sunday, December 1st, at 7:30 am for a flight to JFK via Warsaw, flight LO156. Despite a delay, we were denied boarding due to missing our connecting flight. After various delays, LOT rebooked us on an El Al flight to Frankfurt, then to JFK. However, they couldn't assist with our final destination in Fort Lauderdale as it was with a different airline. After a night at a hotel, we caught an early El Al flight and missed our Lufthansa connection to JFK due to a tight transfer. LOT then put us on a flight the next morning. Despite the ordeal, we received no compensation. It took us 3 days to return home, causing missed work and school days. LOT didn't take responsibility for the missed flight to Florida, leaving me to handle the issue alone. I await a response regarding this matter.

Hello, I recently traveled from New York to Warsaw and encountered multiple issues with my flight. I missed my flight due to weather and was rebooked for the next day, mentioning my Senator status with the M&M Star Alliance program during the call. When I arrived to check in at JFK Terminal 7, I was met by an unhelpful staff member who did not assist me properly, despite my loyalty status. When discussing my carry-on allowance, the staff member was dismissive, and I felt disrespected throughout the interaction. I am concerned that this experience does not align with the service standards expected from a Star Alliance member like LOT. My father's Toronto to Warsaw flight was canceled, leading to complications with the Warsaw to Nur-Sultan flight. Due to the long customer service call wait times, we rushed to the airport from Ajax, only to find out that airline representatives are only available closer to the departure time. To fix the situation, the original agent managed to rearrange the flights to Frankfurt and then to Nur-Sultan, although the new schedule results in an earlier arrival in Nur-Sultan. Given the unexpected challenges we faced, including the need to wait at the airport for 8 hours, a partial refund request is being considered. Thank you.

Hello, I am Akshay John and recently acquired a ticket from LOT Airlines. I had an unpleasant experience at New Delhi airport with a boarding pass issuing officer from LOT Airlines. The individual was extremely rude, which was unexpected after purchasing an air ticket. Unfortunately, due to the rush, I couldn't ask for the person's name, and they were unwilling to answer my questions or provide a boarding pass. This behavior was completely unanticipated, as I have never encountered such an issue with any other airlines. Prior to my travel, I had a chat with LOT Airlines where it was clearly stated that no transit visa is required for travel from New Delhi to Kiev. I have attached a screenshot of the conversation. However, the staff at the boarding gate insisted on a transit visa or "a paper from the Polish embassy" due to the route passing through a Schengen country. This demand seemed unreasonable and led to a loss of money and time for me. I am requesting a full refund as this situation was not my fault. I am eager for a prompt response to my email. Thank you.

I contacted Singapore Airlines, but they directed me to you. I was told that only LOT can cancel the flight to Katowice and issue a refund as the main carrier. I would like to cancel my flight to Poland due to my poor health condition - weak lungs and bronchitis (I am 67 years old) and the ongoing Coronavirus epidemic. I need to cancel all my booked flights due to the COVID-19 situation in Europe, which led to the cancellation of my Erasmus mobility abroad. I have an official document explaining the impact of the situation on youth exchange projects in Romania. I understand the challenges caused by the virus and would like a full refund for my canceled flight instead of rescheduling. I have contacted LOT Call center, but they only offered to reschedule the flight. The Erasmus mobility program has been canceled entirely due to the risks involved. I have checked the website, which mentions flight rescheduling but not flight cancellation. The FAQ section indicates that cancellation is possible, so I am hoping for a full refund given my circumstances.

Dear LOT, I am writing to share my recent experience traveling with a friend from Wrocław to Dubrovnik, with a layover in Warsaw, both flights operated by your company. Upon arrival in Dubrovnik, we were informed that our two large suitcases (each 20kg) were not sent with us. As students, all our essential belongings are in those bags. I contacted the Wrocław airport this morning, and they mentioned it might take up to 10 days to deliver our luggage, which is unacceptable for us. We kindly request your prompt assistance in sending our luggage to us, perhaps via a different method. We understand the current circumstances, but we sincerely hope for a swifter resolution. Hello, I am Brendan Horvath. I was supposed to be on flight number [redacted] but am currently stranded in Moscow. My Russian Visa is expiring in 2 days, and I have been trying to contact your company since Sunday. After finally speaking to someone today, I was disappointed to find out that the staff member I spoke with was not able to assist me properly as he couldn't find my flight information or my name in the system. Despite providing him with various numbers such as Trip/Reference# [redacted]-1, WTRF-[redacted]-12, Airline file# TS9RJK, and Confirmation# XXKCKG, he was unable to locate the details I needed. I have a reservation on flight LO8515. Initially, it was scheduled for 17/03 at 20:25 but has been rescheduled to today, 19/03 at 17:20. The Indian Embassy in Warsaw informed me that this flight will fly empty to Delhi, with all other passengers already having their reservations canceled and refunded. I have repeatedly tried to call their helpline since yesterday, waiting for up to 30 minutes each time with no answer. Dear Sir or Madam, I've tried to contact your company numerous times from a US number, spending $[redacted] on international calls and waiting on hold for a total of 2 hours. Despite sending 3 emails, I haven't received any response. My round trip ticket to Bucharest, Romania for a flight on 14 March was canceled by LOT Airlines, causing me great distress as a student. My flight was canceled, and I've been trying to reach out to both you and Flight Network for over a month without any success. I am not interested in changing the flight; I simply want a refund. I am deeply disappointed with how challenging this process has been, and I have already lodged a complaint with my credit card company. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution soon, I will escalate the matter to the relevant authorities. This situation is unacceptable, especially during these difficult times.
