Watson* **-*** Muluhe Street* Mililani, HI ****** Mobile Phone: *** ***-***** Email: paul*jerome*watson@**To: LG Electronics Corporate Office Headquarters * **** Sylvan Avenue* Englewood Cliffs, NJ *******I am writing this letter to receive some compensation for a LG refrigerator I purchased from Home Depot which had a defective compressor. **** Cubic Foot LG Refrigerator*Model Number: LFXS*****S*** *Serial Number: ***KRJU*A*** **On ** March ****, I purchased a $*,***.** LG Refrigerator from a Home Depot in Hawaii. **On ** March ****, three years after I purchased the LG Refrigerator on ** March ****, the LG refrigerator shopped cooling **On ** March ****, I called the Home Depot Protection Plan office and told a person who answered the phone my LG refrigerator was not cooling. I was told a Technician would be out on ** March **** to trouble shoot*fix the LG refrigerator. **On ** March ****, a Technician arrived at my home and asked me what the problem was with the LG refrigerator. I told the Technician the refrigerator was not cooling. Without checking the refrigerator, the Technician said the compressor needed to be replaced. The Technician opened the refrigerator door and took a picture of the model number and serial number and said he would be back on * April **** to replace the compressor.**On *April ****, I received a call at about *:**PM from the Technician saying he would not be able replace the compressor because someone had broken into his work van and taken his tools and some parts.**On ** April ****, the Technician arrived at my house at about *:**PM and spent over two hours replacing the compressor for the LG refrigerator. The Technician said it would take about ** hours or more for the LG refrigerator to start cooling.**On ** April ****, I checked the LG refrigerator which not cooling. I texted the Technician who texted back saying turn off the LG refrigerator. **On ** April ****, I will received a text message from the Technician saying he would be back on ** April **** troubleshoot*fix the LG refrigerator. **On ** April ****, after being without a refrigerator for about three weeks, I purchased another refrigerator and texted Technician saying he need not come back because I had purchased another refrigerator. **On ** April ****, and many occasions after ** April ****, I called*spoke to many different folks at the Home Depot Plan office and was told I would not be getting any compensation for the LG refrigerator because I did not give the Technician an opportunity to fix the LG refrigerator. The folks at the Home Depot Protection Plan office said if I was not stratified with their decision I should contact the folks at LG.**This is why LG Headquarters is receiving this letter from me to get some compensation for a LG refrigerator which I paid $*,***.** for and only lasted three years because the LG refrigerator was defective had compressor issues.
