I purchased LG front load washing Machine in the year **** . From the first day of installation nobody from Lg visited our place for service recently we have an issue with door of the machine and after lodging complaint technician came to change particular part . We have some other issues with the machine but because of lack of service we are totally ignorant about handling these issues at our own . Even the technician visited our place was seen not that much interested to resolve the issues we are facing . We had been advised by the technician at the time of installation that periodical post sale services are not applicable in case of washing machine. We are quite surprised when we listen from our relatives that periodical post sale service provision is there with LG . We need a suitable answer from your side.
