Ive a broken LG refrigerator. For a month I've been trying to get a solution and there is no solution in sight. customer service keeps telling me that in order to get a replacement I will have to wait for a return authorization to be approved by some mysterious department where he*she cannot transfer me to to get an update on the status of the return. for a mont thats where i am! no answers, no working refrigerator and no end in sight.
GetHuman-kadidi did not yet indicate what LG Electronics should do to make this right.
