I recently had our LG refrigerator that was under warranty repaired. After two visits from The Appliance Shop, Topeka KS. The eventual repair consisted of replacing the compressor. During the down time we lost approximately $***.** of food from both the freezer and refrigerator. All the meat and other frozen foods spoiled in the freezer plus all items in the upper part of refrigerator. I was informed that you would make restitution of our loss.

GetHuman-jkparkma did not yet indicate what LG Electronics should do to make this right.
