Have LG cover the repair at no charge under warranty.*The repairman told me that he personally had replaced at least ** of these himself, and that LG was aware of the problem. ... I have a three year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator. After the service call by a Sears repairman, I was told that the LG compressor was bad, and that I’d have to contact LG myself for warranty coverage. I did that for one hour yesterday, and got nothing but the runaround from a call center in India. They claimed they couldn’t connect me to a USA representative, can you help?
This should be a no brainer , it’s their faulty component
I want it fixed asap under warranty, it has already cost me a full fridge of spoiled food, not to mention the time involved, and the $***- estimate fee already paid
I always bought Sears for the quality, regardless of who their components were acquired from. I can understand why Sears went bankrupt with this kind of quality and customer service.
I have called every phone number on the LG website with no satisfaction
