No resolution on a washing machine that has been broken since June **th, when I called and got your company sent a service man out. I have case *CNN************, I sent the receipt of the purchase date, still under warranty, talked to a Cresha in LG executive services, almost everyone in your customer service department, but today is July **, and I'm still going to the laundry mat. No one has ever called me about the status, I do all of the inquiring, repeating the same words over and over. I was put on hold for ** minutes, finally hung up. This is your location in Alabama. Was told i needed an outer tub, *st there was no part order, then it was not available, none in stock. I have been very patient, but this is going way too long. I would appreciate any help you could give me concerning my washing machine. We have Lg TV's, I thought the washing machine would be a good choice.
