Help with my LG Electronics issue

Bug report indicates keys are not releasing...this is a touchscreen phone.*Rep suggested uninstalling apps recently installed which might resolve issue*I attempted this on my own& messed up...deleted my google play app--not realizing what all was stored there...*Now what?*I did not have the phone in 'safe' mode, obviously--did not see prompts or how to go to safe mode during the process.*Was expecting safe mode prompts or indicators.*The problem persists.
I have deleted important stuff.*I have wasted so much time & effort trying to use the device to do very normal, basic functions*It seems uncooperative & bossy!
Assist thru the process or offer local in-store options.*Need to know if I am going to need a new phone...?
