Deva Raj**Hi my email address *****@***.com last year may **** brought a lg fridge model gnb***glct, suddenly this year **** July the unit having problems lights and cooling off automatic and on back totally not cooling at all. When I call back the seller BHB of course there are no more warranty and they say need to report to lg service n must wait * to * days n they suggest they have their own technician can come check out what problems on the same day n charge me Rm**. The next day he said the pcb board problem ready need to replace n the charges will be Rm***. Then I personally call lg service centre they arrange for technician in penang island n the pcb board price will be around Rm*** plus service charges. Now the problem is they said the pcb board Ebr******** totally don't have stock hq main suppliers and need to wait for at least * week order from Korea factory! what should I do for * week keeping your lg fridge? If u all LG customers service or suppliers what for you all selling the unit that totally don't have the spare parts to customers? U all selling the lg products like this to cheating customers or business technics to clear this kind of product? By right u all cannot sell the product don't have any spare parts to customers! On the website just for demo only u all put customers services technical support email customers survey, this is all ******** just show off only when sending email no reply call customer service need to explain so many times with different different person answer the call. No report number every time need to explain the problem, I'm not bought the fridge unit **years ago until yr hq totally don't have stock need to order from Korea factory!!!!!!
