Help with my LAN Airlines issue

Hei, we have order * tickets by plane from Puerto Maldonado to Lima, Peru november **,**** at **.** in the afternoon , without checked baggage, only cabin luggage. We want to order checked baggage ** kilo, both tickets. Is that possible? and the price? *Flight reservation nr.KELQBL *F*KT**B, it's booked of esky.eu.*Name on tickets are: Karin Brit Svendsen Holstad and Martine Svendsen Holstad
GetHuman-inholst did not yet indicate what LAN Airlines should do to make this right.
