The delivery driver for our morning paper is driving by at **mph and tossing the paper. The paper is coming to a rest against, or on, the front lawn. By the time we retrieve the paper at *:**-*:**am it is soaking wet.**This has now been going on for a week and we have notified delivery of the problem, but nothing changes. We have asked for redelivery of both yesterday's Saturday paper, and today's Sunday paper, but nothing happens. We call customer service at both the *** and *** numbers, but no one answers the telephone.**And you wonder why your subscription base is diminishing?**If this lousy service continues one more day we are cancelling our service and demanding a refund of the annual subscription we have already paid to the LA Times in good faith.**John Linder***** E Mandeville Place*Orange, CA *********-***-**********@***.com
