I requested a refund my annual fee which was charged on **** given that I was charged $** annual fee and $** frozen membership fee while all the gyms in LA and Pasadena (my home gym) have been closed due to Covid-**. I received an email stating that "all billing has been suspended" BUT I was already charged well after the gym and city closure dates. . I spoke to a customer service representative who informed me that the suspended billing begins April *st. This is definitely not what the email today stated as it said "We have suspended all billing" and was sent today. **I am requesting to have the annual fee of $** refunded immediately. If there is any issue with this, I would like to speak to a customer service manager directly by phone. I can be reached ***-***-****.
