I have been with LA Fitness for close to * years and I have used their gym all around the United States. I have been to amazing locations and horrible locations with no pool. This is the first time that I reach out because the gym that I have been going to for about a month now at ***** Northlake Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL *******Does not have Wi-Fi and that to me is unacceptable and ridiculous. I am sending this complaint and hope it reaches corporate so that you get Wi-Fi available at this location ASAP! Many people complain but no one does anything about it so now I'm doing something about it. I paid $** a month and I expect the gym to have Wi-Fi. Please get back to me and let me know what you're going to do. The next thing I will do is call corporate headquarters if this problem isn't resolved in a timely manner. **Thank you! *Oscar Monterroso ******@***.com
