I recently relocated for work and found out that the only LA fitness within public transportation reach is a signature club which I’m wanting to upgrade to but the person I was being helped by at the signature gym in Ballard WA was super rude and non understanding of the situation. I am in a single location membership and don’t get how me moving and their only being a signature club requires me to pay a $*** fee to be able to upgrade? I’m really confused because I’ve been a member for almost three years and think losing a customer over $*** fee is a bad business move. I’m literally losing money because I can only use the gym I do pay $* every time and I try to go to the gym at-least *-* times a week. If I’m not paying the fee why would I pay over $*** in fees.
