SUBJECT: Poor Customer Service from Personal Trainer Director Rasheem Steadyley - Waldorf, MD LA Fitness Center **I went to the Waldorf fitness center this evening, Wednesday, February ** at approximately *:** pm to obtain a copy of my personal trainer’s contract. I spoke with the membership sales representative and the young went to ask Mr. Steadyley to come and speak with me and he sent a message to me saying “he was working out” and for me to leave my name and number at the desk. When told the sales rep I called the center yesterday (*******) and I have been waiting for a return call from Taryn Lowery and he went a second time to ask Mr. Steadyley to come and speak with me. His response to the sales rep was “he was not coming to speak with me.” As a customer, I deserve to have the same level of service provided to me as I received before I joined the fitness center, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN TONIGHT!!**I would like to receive a copy of my contract, which is the reason I went to the center tonight. **I highly recommend that the leadership team at the Waldorf fitness center receive customer service training IMMEDIATELY!!**Unhappy Customer **Lisa Madison *****.***.****
