Good evening, I recently bought Loreal Excellence Dark Brown hair dye from Walgreens on Center Ridge Road in Westlake, Ohio. I hadn't used it in a while and wanted to shift from my usual darker color to a lighter one. Unfortunately, on the day I applied the dye, my hair turned stiff and sticky after using the provided conditioner. Despite trying to rinse it out, the problem persisted. I suspect the conditioner might have been the issue. After washing my hair with Loreal Shampoo and Conditioner later that day, my hair returned to its normal silky smooth state. Hello, I am writing to share my disappointing experience with your blonde hair color product. Back on September 14, [redacted], I carefully followed the instructions while applying the color to my roots, as it had been 14 weeks since my last highlight application. Traditionally, I have used Garnier hair color without incident between professional highlights. However, using your product resulted in severe damage to my hair. A significant amount of hair broke off, while the remaining portion became extremely frizzy to the point where it was unmanageable. I spent $[redacted] at Michael's salon for two separate trimming and repair sessions and an additional $[redacted] on two visits to my stylist for further maintenance attempts. Despite purchasing numerous serums and conditioners, nothing seemed to help. Ultimately, I had to resort to cutting my shoulder-length hair into a pixie cut, which is not a look I desired, especially as a Professor at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. I recently bought L'Oréal Visible Lift foundation and although I like the product, I am frustrated with the container. When I push on the pump, I often have to push multiple times before any product dispenses. Sometimes the product doesn't come out at all, leading me to unscrew the lid to access it, which is not ideal. Keeping the foundation upright doesn't seem to solve the issue either. It's frustrating to have to struggle to get the product onto the pump stick and onto my face, especially when the product is new. I have been purchasing the telescopic mascara for several years and I've always found it to be the best on the market. Recently, I bought a new one in the blackest of black color, but when I tried to put the brush back into the tube, it wouldn't go in. I thought I was mistaken, so I asked my husband who is an engineer to try, but it still wouldn't fit. I purchased another one, and the same issue occurred again. Now, with the latest one, we have tried so much that the brush is about to break off. I love this mascara, but I've wasted $20 and can't use the product. Have you made any changes to the brush or the tube opening that are causing this problem? I'm sure there are others who have experienced the same issue. It's frustrating.

I have noticed a recent change in the men's deodorant spray can top design. The new lock and unlock feature, along with the button to press, seems unnecessary and breaks easily upon first use. As a result, I now have three full cans that are unusable. I am disappointed with this change as I have always found the product to be of good quality. Please consider reverting to the old plastic cap with the easy-to-press release button. If something is not broken, why try to fix it? Regrettably, I will have to discard the three full cans that are now ineffective, and I still have another three cans to use up.

I recently dyed my hair a supposed light brown color, but some parts turned blue. Despite following the instructions precisely, I had this unexpected result. I purchased the dye at Walmart and am disappointed to have spent almost $10 on this. This particular lot should probably be removed from the shelves. I have used this product before without any issues. I tried reaching out through text multiple times and received one response, but it was not followed up. I can provide pictures if needed. I bought several L’Oréal Revitalift/Triple Power products at a good price. However, I ended up with drier skin and more wrinkles than when I started using them. I faithfully used the day moisturizer, night moisturizer, eye treatment, and Revitalift concentrated serum as recommended. Sadly, it was a significant investment for me, and I had high hopes, but I am disappointed with the results. It's frustrating to feel like I wasted money on products I trusted. I bought the Voluminous Lash Paradise in October [redacted]. The first time I used it, my eyes were filled with mucus by the end of the day, causing irritation. The issue happened twice more, leaving my eyes irritated. The product also has a strong chemical smell. I am requesting a refund and bringing this issue to your attention to prevent others from experiencing similar problems. I now need to visit the eye doctor due to the discomfort caused. Thank you.

I have been using L'Oreal products for years. I recently tried the Lash Paradise mascara and, after the second use, I found it to be very sticky and gummy on my lashes. I thought I may have gotten a bad tube, so I purchased another one, but the results were even worse. I tried to remove it with Neutrogena makeup pads, but it felt like glue on my lashes and I ended up pulling them out three or four at a time. Hello, I wanted to share a recent experience with the L'Oreal Professionnel Serie Expert Absolut Repair Masque. This product has been a favorite for my client with thick, blonde hair. However, there seems to have been a change to Gold Quinoa in the formula. After leaving the product on overnight, issues arose during a recent color treatment. The ash tones turned excessively gold and brassy, causing concern. The presence of gold sparkles while applying the color, in addition to the prominent gold tone after washing, was noticeable. I have always been using L'Oreal Visible Lift Serum Absolute in shades [redacted] or [redacted] and have never encountered issues until now. My recent purchase separated into oil and pigment within a week, even though I have never had this problem before with this product. Despite shaking the bottle, the coverage and quality were not up to the usual standard. The numbers on the back of the faulty bottle are "20R801" and "EXP 08/20." I would like to know the process for receiving a replacement instead of a refund, as I value this product and would rather continue using it.

I recently purchased a skin product from your company but encountered difficulty accessing a significant amount from the bottle. Upon contacting customer service, I was issued a manufacturer coupon to repurchase the product. Unfortunately, I allowed the coupon to expire. L'Oreal kindly sent me a replacement, which, regrettably, also expired before I could use it. When I called customer service again, I was informed that replacements are normally granted only once and was advised to reach out to you. My name is Bonni J. I recently used a L'Oreal hair dye and during rinsing, my hair turned into a tangled mess that I can't seem to fix with any conditioner. I usually buy the best shampoo I can find, and I often choose L'Oreal. My go-to is the Fibralogy shampoo. I like to experiment with different varieties, so I bought the Extraordinary Oil last week at Shoppers Drug Mart. Unfortunately, I'm really let down by this shampoo. It doesn't effectively clean my hair and leaves it looking flat and greasy. I haven't had such a disappointing experience with a shampoo in years. I've used it three times already, but I won't be using it again.

I bought the Telescopic Mascara from your company three weeks ago. I didn't open it immediately as I had some left from my previous one. Now that I started using it, I noticed a problem. When I tried to put the brush back into the tube, it wouldn't go in straight and kept bending. I had to hold the ends of the brush to prevent it from breaking. Dear Customer Service, I am writing to report an issue with the L'Oreal Lineur Intense felt tip liquid eyeliner #[redacted] ([redacted]-8) that I purchased in November [redacted]. I recently opened the packaging and noticed a problem with the applicator. In the past, I have been satisfied with the thin, less-intense line delivered by the tapered, felt tip.
