I am experiencing a similar issue with my bottle. Once it reaches the last 1/4, it stops dispensing, forcing me to remove the top to access the remaining product. This situation is quite frustrating and inconvenient. I was hoping to inquire if others have encountered the same problem and if there are any known solutions available. I do appreciate the dispensing mechanism for its hygienic benefits, but resorting to q-tips to utilize the remaining product is less than ideal. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Good afternoon, I have been using Loreal Telescopic mascara for some time now. However, in the past 6-7 months, I have purchased approximately 6 mascaras, and each time the wand tip has broken into the bottle, which is quite upsetting as the wand is the reason I use this mascara. I am not sure whom I should address this issue to as there is no option on your site for product problems. If you require any photos, please feel free to contact me. Thank you kindly, Sincerely, I.

I have been using your liquid eyeliner for years. Recently, the last three I have purchased seem to have something different in them. I have been experiencing a burning sensation along my lash line, even to the point of seeing an optometrist thinking I had an eye infection. I initially suspected the store I bought them from might have outdated stock, but the same issue occurred when I purchased from a different store. Even after trying a higher-end store, I am still facing the same problem. I am concerned if there has been a change in your product ingredients. When I use the liner, my eyes swell by the end of the day, resembling pink eye shadow. Although I have been a loyal customer for many years without any previous issues, I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience regarding a product sample I received. Approximately four weeks ago, I received two sample packs of Sublime Bronze Hydrating Self Tanning Milk and a $2 off coupon for any Sublime Bronze product at a Walgreens in Bonita Springs, FL. I tried the samples and absolutely loved the product, specifically the "milk" variant. However, despite visiting multiple Walgreens, CVS, and Target stores in the area, I have been unable to find this particular product. Even after speaking with store managers, I have not been able to locate it. I find it perplexing that the coupon was distributed for a product that is seemingly unavailable in stores. I appreciate the marketing strategy, but it has been frustrating not being able to purchase the product I enjoyed.

Good morning, I'm disappointed to bring up an issue (the first time I've ever contacted a beauty care company to complain) concerning a product sample/coupon matter. Approximately four weeks ago at a nearby Walgreens in Bonita Springs, FL, I was given two sample packs of Sublime Bronze Hydrating Self-Tanning Milk along with a manufacturer's coupon for $2 off any Sublime Bronze product "available at Walgreens." After trying both samples, I decided I really enjoy the product. Despite visiting several local Walgreens, CVS, Target, and other stores multiple times with the coupon in hand, I have been unable to find the "milk" version I liked. It seems the product is not available at any of the stores I checked. Even store managers, including the one where I first received the sample, confirmed the product is not in their system. I wonder, L'Oréal and Walgreens, why would a manufacturer provide samples and a coupon to a retailer for a product that customers cannot easily find in that store? This situation is perplexing and disheartening.

I purchased a L'Oreal Steam Pod with a North American plug, but I travel frequently to countries with European voltage. I have both North American and European flat irons to handle this, but I'd prefer not to buy another Steam Pod. Can anyone advise if I can use the North American version with European plugs using an adaptor? I'm unsure if the wattage and voltage are too specific and if I would need a transformer. I've heard that some tech devices only need an adaptor, but I don't want to damage the Steam Pod. I've seen that L'Oreal makes the Steam Pod with UK and Euro plugs, so I'm wondering if they are interchangeable. Any insights would be appreciated.

I have been using your Brow Stylist Plumper and have loved the ease of use and the great results. Recently, I went to get a new one, thinking I bought the same thing. When I opened it, I discovered the brush on the Brow Stylist Boost and Set is small, causing the product to blob on the brush. It created a mess when applied and had to be cleaned off completely. Have you discontinued the Brow Stylist Plumper? If so, I believe the replacement needs more testing as it's difficult to use and doesn't produce the same results. I understand the new style has less product, hence the need for a smaller brush, but unfortunately, this replacement seems poorly thought out and manufactured. I hope the Brow Plumper is still available.

I have been using the NiceNEasy product for 28 years, primarily in natural dark brown. Recently, I used the dark brown shade, but my hair turned out black, making me feel older and self-conscious. I am disappointed by this drastic change in color. I am unsure how to fix it or what to use next. I hope for a resolution, possibly a refund for the years I have been loyal to your product. The box clearly states dark brown, but the result was black, which has left me looking and feeling unhappy with my hair.

Kerastase sent me the wrong hair product, and I returned it through the US Postal Service. While they refunded the product cost, they refused to refund the return cost, despite acknowledging their mistake. The return cost was $7.45, and although it's not a large sum, it's unfair for the consumer to bear this cost for the company's error. L’Oreal's ethical behavior statement emphasizes honesty and transparency, aiming for strong customer relationships built on trust and mutual benefit. I'm requesting a $7.45 refund, which seems reasonable. Thank you.

Looking for a new lipstick, I purchased L'oreal Colour Riche #[redacted] Rebel Rouge. The first one from Ulta deteriorated within a week, so I tossed it. Determined to have the same shade, I bought it again from another store. Sadly, the second lipstick also fell apart after a week, causing a mess on my clothes and furniture. It's frustrating since I store them in a cool environment and never subject them to heat. I used to love L'oreal lipsticks, especially the discontinued infallible #[redacted] Auburn. Now, I've switched to the infallible #[redacted] in gloss and the matte #[redacted] Power Petal, which have been okay for me.

I purchased 2 Brow Stylists in Dark Brunette #[redacted], but to my surprise, they turned out to be jet black when I tried them at home. Although I have used your products for a long time without any issues, this was a bit disappointing. I really like the Brow Stylist's design, just not the color. I would appreciate receiving 2 replacements in Medium Brown or Medium Brunette, or a gift certificate to purchase new ones at the store. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Looking forward to your prompt response. Best regards, E. Langdon.

I've been a loyal customer of L'Oreal for years. Recently, I spent $26 on two Infallible eyeliners from Walmart - one brown and one black. Unfortunately, both seemed to be defective as they barely lasted a week. I even tried purchasing a brown one from CVS, but it had the same issue. The eyeliners don't roll out as they should either. I'm disappointed with the quality and durability. Can you please investigate this product as I suspect others may have similar complaints? I'm looking for an eyeliner that applies smoothly like the Infallible but lasts longer. As a retiree on a tight budget, I need a reliable product. Thank you for looking into this matter. - J. I recently bought the L’Oréal Telescopic Original Intense Looking Mascara and discovered that the brush end of the wand is rapidly weakening, bending every time I try to put it back into the mascara tube. This makes it challenging to reinsert, almost breaking each time I attempt it. When I tried to return it to HEB in Texas where I purchased it, they declined since it was opened makeup. I would appreciate a refund for this purchase.

I have been a loyal user of L’Oréal Voluminous mascara for a long time. It's the one product I never switch from. I used to love the consistency and always recommended it to others. However, I have recently noticed a change in the product. Each time I open a new one, it seems like there is no mascara in it. The formula is watery and doesn't apply the same way it used to. I have purchased 5 mascaras in the last 4 weeks and every time it's been disappointing. I have even asked others for their recommendations to try something new. It's sad to consider leaving a product I once swore by. -Tina J.

I purchased Magic Skinbeautifier BB Cream a couple of days ago. Yesterday, I applied it to my face and lightly on my neck and hands. Soon after, my face developed red, itchy hives where I had applied the cream. Hives also appeared on my neck and hands but not as severely. I washed my skin with gentle soap and cool water, which helped slightly. I started taking Benadryl, Claritin, and Zantac as recommended by my doctor but I am still experiencing hives after 24 hours. The drowsiness from the medications is hindering my ability to drive. This reaction is causing significant discomfort and may impact my work as a musician.

I experienced a severe allergic reaction to your Collagen Moisture Filler day/night cream, which included intense burning on my face. The fragrance in the cream was overwhelming, causing me to feel faint and nauseous. I bought the product on April 5, [redacted], at the Target store in Eureka, California, at 10:20 p.m. for $8.99. I plan to return the cream to Target for a refund due to the adverse effects I encountered. If others have experienced similar reactions, I recommend either providing a warning label or removing the product from the market to prevent further incidents.

I would like to address a concern regarding the new mascara "Unlimited Mascara." The issue lies with the design of the brush. I suggest that perhaps adjusting the brush's shape could resolve this problem. While I appreciate the product and how effective it is in reaching the corner lashes, I recently had an incident where the brush poked my eyeball. The end of the brush is quite hard, causing discomfort and eye problems for a few days. I want to emphasize that I truly enjoy using all of your products, particularly the True Match line. However, this experience with the mascara has been concerning despite its excellent quality. I believe redesigning the brush, maybe curving it, could prevent such incidents in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve the product. Thank you.

I bought L’Oreal Feria hair products around eight months ago. Unfortunately, I suffered a chemical burn on my scalp, which was confirmed by my dermatologist and urgent care doctors. I have been reaching out to your company for help, but haven't received a response. The burn has led to what seems like an outbreak of eczema, causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. I have pictures of the damage and would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue as it is not only causing me discomfort but also financial strain. Please contact me at [redacted]. I prefer to resolve this without involving an attorney. Thank you, Debbie Maurer.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of a vanity product from L’oreal. I have been a loyal customer of the brand for years due to its reputation and product quality. However, my latest purchase of the caresse tint was extremely unsatisfactory. Despite purchasing three different shades, I found the product lacking in quality. The main issues I faced with the caresse tint were its poor staying power (lasting only 30 minutes) and low color pigment, making even the dark shade (orchid blossom) appear dry. I received the products from Flipkart on April 27, [redacted], and doubt their authenticity due to the high price and substandard quality. As a loyal customer, I have always admired L’oreal, especially the Infallible range, but this recent experience has shaken my trust in the brand. I have attached a photo of the three shades (sakura blossom, rose blossom, and orchid blossom) for your reference. I hope that this feedback will help improve the quality control processes to maintain the brand's reputation. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and appreciate any assistance in restoring my faith in L’oreal. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Parul S.

I bought the Infallible Longwear eye pencil in brown. Unfortunately, after only a few uses, when I tried to sharpen it, the pencil just kept breaking. I then purchased a second one hoping for better results, but the same thing happened. These pencils seem to need a special sharpener, which was not provided. I would like a complimentary sharpener to salvage what remains of my pencils or a replacement for the two flawed ones. Considering the high price, I expected better quality. I tried using Loreal pencil sharpener priced at $3.50, but it also damaged the pencils. I am requesting a refund for both Infallible pencils and the sharpener. Please send me alternative eyeliners in brown or charcoal that work properly. I reached out about this matter previously without receiving assistance.
