I've used Loreal hair color for many years with good results. Last month I purchased Excellence Creme *A at CVS and was unable to use the product. The product had an unusually unpleasant odor and burned my scalp, which I immediately rinsed. The mixture never reached its normal color in the bottle. **R*** was imprinted on the box flap. I did not return the package to CVS as I feel Loreal is responsible for the quality of their product. Can I expect a refund for this product?
