Good morning. **Sadly, this is a complaint (the only time I've EVER reached out to a beauty care company to complain...) about a product sample*coupon situation. At a local Walgreens in Bonita Springs, FL about * weeks ago, I received two sample packs of Sublime Bronze Hydrating Self Tanning Milk and a manufacturer's coupon for $* Off any Sublime Bronze product "available at Walgreens." **I used both sample packs and decided I really love the product. So much so that I have been carrying around the coupon from store to store (SEVERAL local Walgreens * CVS * Target, etc.) but NO STORE I've checked carries the "milk" so far which is the sample I fell in love with. The good news? Your marketing technique worked exactly like it was supposed to! **The bad news? I give up. I'm not going to search all over town anymore to locate the product your sample encouraged me to fall in love with. Even the managers at several local Walgreens (including the one where I received the sample!) said the product is just simply not in their system. (???) **My question for L'Or*al and Walgreens: Why would a manufacturer supply a coupon and samples to a retailer for a product that a viable consumer can't easily locate at that retailer? That is just silly. And pretty sad.
