I have been a long time, satisfied customer of L'Oreal products - until now. The last three bottles of Visible Lift Serum Absolute (* ***) stopped working with about one-third of the product left in the bottle. This is certainly more than needed for the pump to work effectively and more than should be left in a bottle.*Please refund my costs or send me coupons to buy three more bottles. Hopefully, they will work as intended.
I trust that L'Oreal will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
