Firstly, your website will not let me send an email after trying many times. That is a lot of unnecessary typing!**Shopping Trip today:**We picked up our order today, and have the following issues.***. Kroger was allowing manufacturer coupons to be used up to * times in the same order. Accordingly, we order ** Oui Yogurts. The $*.** coupon was only applied once, so I was overcharged $*.**.***. Ordered * - * packs of Viva Choose Size Paper towel. These are originally $**.** (Total $**.**), but with the Kroger sale and Manufacturer's coupon, we were to pay $*.** (Total $**.**) for our favorite and best quality paper towel. It was substituted with a much lower quality product Brawny, and we did not get the packs with the Choose size selection even though this option is available. We paid $*.** (Total $**.**). The price difference is only the minor issue, we ordered the Choose size feature and Kroger had two options with the feature. As it is Kroger policy to substitute with an equal or better product, the approximate substitute should have been either * - * Packs ($**.**) or * - * Packs ($**.**). This would not account for the lesser quality brand, but at least it would have consistent features with what I ordered.***. I ordered * bags of Smart food popcorn with the super price of $*.** a bag. I only received *. Substitution was an option but none was made. Interestingly, this item is still available to place in your cart, plus this brand carries lots of other options and there are many other popcorn brands, so a substitution should have been made. Not only did I not get my popcorn, I lost a savings of $*.**.***. I ordered * packs of my husband's favorite Thomas Original Nooks & Crannies english muffins, but received Light Multigrain, which we do not like.
