To Whom It May Concern:**On March *, ****, I mailed an order to your company for a total of four(*) items. Your company acknowledge receipt of the order, via email, on March *, ****. The email from your company however DID NOT list the Castlecook Skillets. As of today, I have received two(*) of the items: the umbrella and water hose caddy. I am requesting the status of the two(*) Castlecook remaining items.**Item*****-****, Castlecreek Skillet, listed on Sale at $**.** each. One was ordered in the color Blue and the other in the color Red.**I paid by Personal Check ***** in the amount of $***.**. The received items totaled $**.**. That leaves a possible refund due to me of $**.** which includes the Texas Sales Tax, should the skillets no longer be available.**I tried to obtain the above status via your call service and I provided my Name, Address, Email and Order Number. But since I refused to provide my Telephone number your call center taker informed me that she was not permitted to assist me because I had not been fully identified. I no longer provide my phone number due to harassment telemarketer calls. Yet, I provided information to clearly prove that I placed the order. Your company might want to consider modifying this portion of your call center?**I then tried on your Web site but after entering the Order Number, Customer Number and Zip Code, No information was indicated about the order.**I am now emailing in hopes of having your company provide me with a status on the remaining items.
