I was trying to dispute certain charges on my bill, because they are unfair, and also trying to get in touch with a manager or supervisor at Koodo in order to come to an agreement. I can’t afford to pay the full overdue bill, and it’s honestly not my fault. I am hoping for a compromise. ... I have an overdue bill from Koodo mobile, but I am disputing the charges. I am also unable to pay the full amount, but Koodo is threatening to send my account to a collections agency. I need to get in touch with someone at Koodo Mobile and try to work something out. Perhaps they would accept a portion of the bill being paid instead of nothing at all. But is almost impossible to get someone at Koodo to call you. You can request a “callback”, but half the time they don’t even call you.**I need a phone number so that I can attempt to come to an agreement with Koodo regarding this issue, before they send my account to collections, which would be very stressful.**Please try to find the appropriate number for me to contact. I think I need to speak to a manager or supervisor at Koodo, not just a random call centre employee - they don’t have the power to resolve this issue.**My goal is to come to an agreement with Koodo by which they will accept me paying the portion of my overdue bill that I am able to pay, which is only around *** of the bill. They have already terminated my services and taken away my phone number. But if they send my account to collections, they will never see any of that money, because I cannot afford it.**The best they can do is come to an agreement with me about an appropriate amount of the bill which I am able to pay, or they will have to accept that they will never see any of that money.**Thank you very much
It’s increasingly frustrating trying to get in touch with someone at Koodo to resolve the situation, when they often don’t call you back. Or, if you are waiting on hold, the call suddenly ends. Both have happened to me several times. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get customer service.
They need to actually talk to me so that we can come to an agreement. If they want to send my account to collections, that costs them money. And I cannot afford to pay the entire overdue bill due to the pandemic and other circumstances. So they won’t get the entirety of the money by sending the account to collections, and it will cost them money. And there would be no possibility for negotiation, so I would simply be unable to pay the bill. It will also have a negative effect on my credit score if it is sent to a collections agency. The best thing for both sides is to come to an agreement by which we both benefit in some way. A compromise. It’s better for them than getting nothing at all.
Because I am willing to compromise, and pay what I am able, rather than refusing to pay the bill outright.
I have tried to schedule a callback with Koodo Mobile multiple times, and I cannot get a hold with a human being.
