You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman5322078's own words
I believe I am being charged twice for the same billing period. Usually, my phone bill of $**.** gets charged to my credit card on the **th of every month. I called PC Financial and they confirmed that the charge on my Aug **- Sept **th statement, of $**.** on Sept. **th by Koodo was for the month of September, as usual. But, when I logged into my Koodo account on my computer, it says I owe money for a bill of $**.** for a bill cycle of August **- September **th. So I see a charge on my credit card for my normal cell phone bill and another charge for the same amount on my Koodo account. I don't understand why there is this second charge on my Koodo account. I don't want to pay twice for one cell phone plan for one cell phone. If someone could look into this, explain what is going on, and remove the charge on my Koodo account, that would be great. *Please help,*Meghan Ricketts
