I would like to purchase a new phone. My current one was dropped and started on fire. I had an extended warranty. I go to phoneclaim.com but it tells me to call ***-***-****. This nbr tells me to go to phoneclaim.com. Round and round in a big circle. Tried to purchase a new phone. It tells me a verification code will go to my cell. MY CELL DOES NOT WORK. Can you please help me with this situation?
