The issue in GetHuman-bmaldous's own words
I left Canada in November **th, one day before my prepaid plan expired. Please suspend service until I get back next April. The SIM is not in any phone and no services (data) was used after November *th. I did not anticipate charges for non provided service or use. I was advised that the service would suspend automatically on non receipt of the next months due payment.

GetHuman-bmaldous did not yet indicate what Koodo Mobile should do to make this right.
