You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I have a Koodo monthly account. For the past two months I have been charged $** in data fees. However, I use no data and have turned data off on my phone. I would like these charges removed from my bill. But there seems to be no way to get that message to Koodo.

Went to a koodo outlet and asked for help. They set up a call back from Koodo for me (you can do this yourself using their chat feature). Just tell the chat you have a billing problem and need to talk to someone who can fix it. They will offer some callback times and ask for the phone number you want to use. They called me back within * min of the stated time and the person I spoke with was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
