You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Koodo customer service line is fully automated now. To speak with a human agent who can solve your problems, use their online chat tool and type customer service, do not change to a different subject while the bot keeps popping up with all sorts of answers until you see the option of scheduling a call-back. Select a callback hour and make sure you are available around that time. The callback could be late but should be within half an hour range.
