You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-majithag's own words
i have bought * new lines for me & may family. when i activated these connections , the person who dealt with me told me that you would be waived off activation fee for all my * connection. but i just received my first bill. i have been charged activation fee for * connections and only * connection fee has been waived off. Now i want that fee waived off from my bill. otherwise i will cancel the agreement with koodo.*Thanks *Gurpreet ***********
