I made an appt due to issues monday ******* for *** am *******. Received txt at *** that call back coming. No call back. Made another appt for *** pm same day *******. It is now *:** and have yet to receive a call back. I initially called to have my spare phone put back on seasonal. However both my phones are now on seasonal and have zero phone service never mind customer service. As my phone is not working can someone contact me via my email at *****@***.com to resolve this please and thankyou? I have an elderly parent that is not doing well and require my phone for contact.
