Dear Koodo** **In ****, I became a Koodo customer for the first time. I heard good things about your company so I made a switch from my provider just because of it.**At that time I bought a new phone and signed on with my first Koodo plan, which included a tab. Koodo said that once my tab was paid off, my bill would go down by * dollars a month. HOWEVER that never happened. Koodo changed their mind.**On August * ****, Koodo sent me a text message saying they discontinued the tab. BUT they added that I would instead have a phone credit of $*** which could be redeemed AT ANY time (or a $*** dollar online credit) on my next phone purchase. I still have that text message!**ON August **, **** I bought a new phone. BUT I was told that Kudoo would not apply my credit to this particular phone purchase! YET, no conditions were stated at the time you said I could use this credit at ANY TIME, SO ONCE AGAIN Koodo changed the conditions they promised. AND you are actually keeping my money!**How can any company change their mind about a deal they gave when the customer signed on under those conditions?***How can Koodo justify not allowing me to use my tab credit on the phone I bought when your text made no specifications as to one specific phone purchase versus another? ** I feel this is very dishonest on Kudoo’s part. So * Kudoo has gained from my overpaid tab! **I cannot imagine me NOT paying my Kudoo bill or that your company would be ok with me doing such a thing. So please do not respond by telling me this is your policy when your policy keeps changing. My problem is that your company seems to go back on their conditions whenever it suits you.**I am now paying another tab now for my current phone. I believe I am owed the $*** dollar tab credit and this should be reflected on my next bills. **Susan Lombard * Kudoo Account * ********
