I tried to order a Phone online with Kudo for the last six months. He would never let me check my Cart out. I needed a new phone so I had to finally go to a kiosk. Which I had to be activation fee for which I didn’t think was fair cause I try to order the phone online and could not for the last six months. I have been a loyal customer and I would like to see if I could get my activation fee back. Thank you
