The payment settlement was paid to CBV under account************ on June *th of ****. I can be reached at ***-***-****. **Please close this account immediately as I am not longer a koodo customer and this is impacting my credit.**Today August **, ****, I waited for over an hour and no one was answering the phone.**Regards,**Annmarie Glover
