I've been attempting for more than a week to recover my previous Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links account through the data recovery inquiry in the app. Each time, I receive one of two automated responses stating that it cannot find the account or that the conditions do not match, despite providing the same information. The replies seem to be copy-pasted, and even when I ask for clarification on completing the form, it continues to send the same response. It's evident that my emails are not being reviewed by an actual person. I urgently need to reach out to a live representative to submit screenshots of my account for recovery purposes.

Hello, I'm Shubhanshu from India. I encountered a significant issue. Yesterday, I formatted my mobile phone, resulting in the loss of my progress in PES Mobile. After I reinstalled the game from the Play Store, I am unable to retrieve my progress. Though I am uncertain if I linked the data, I do remember being logged in through my Google account, not the Konami ID. The game prompts me with an error message stating that I am not logged into Google Play. Please assist me in recovering my progress. I possessed valuable players like Sergio Busquist and T. Kroos. On Saturday, December 1, [redacted], my wife bought a Yugioh! Raging Tempest booster pack at the local Walmart. The pack was supposed to contain one sealed pack inside a cardboard case with a clear plastic cover. Although the outer packaging was unopened, when I opened it, the booster pack inside was not sealed, missing the foil card, and only contained 8 cards. I'm hoping Konami can replace my package as it seems to have been tampered with before reaching Walmart. I have the receipt and all the packaging with the cards. I would appreciate it if Konami could look into this matter promptly. I've been a loyal fan of the Yugioh franchise since its release in the U.S.A. and just want to receive what I paid for.

I am currently playing PES2019 and encountered some issues, so I reported them to Konami via email. Following this, I received an automated email from Konami asking for a verification code. However, upon opening the PES2019 app, I couldn't sign in and had to transfer my data. Despite transferring the data, I did not receive my team back and only got 0 club coins and GP. Here is a list of some of the players I had: C.Ronaldo, L.Messi, Neymar, R.Carlos, Umtiti, Boateng, De Gea, Iniesta, and others. My manager is L.Roman with [redacted] skills, and my PES2019 ID is [redacted]74. I kindly request Konami to restore my team. Thank you.

I have the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Generations app on my Galaxy S8 Plus, and I've purchased multiple decks, avatars, and starter packs. Recently, I tried to buy the Aroma Pack, as I found a card called the Aroma Jar that would enhance my custom deck. While my bank statement and Google Play email confirm the purchase, the cards are not showing up in my deck editor. When I tried to buy it again, I got a purchase failed message. I tested my card with other purchases, which went through. Despite various attempts, I couldn't get the aroma pack. Even the restore option didn't retrieve the purchased packs accurately. I don't want a refund unless charged multiple times. Could you verify my purchase and add the cards to my deck, or cancel past aroma pack purchases so I can try again?

Hello, I'm Frank from Ghana. I am an active user of PES2019 mobile version and I have some suggestions that I hope to see in the new release of PES2020. 1. Update team emblems and kits. 2. Provide real match venues (stadiums). 3. Allow the option to change kits before matchmaking. 4. Include more than one referee. 5. Add additional game modes as the current PES only has campaign and event game modes, which can become boring. 6. Enhance commentator reactions during matches. 7. Improve player communications, such as showing interactions among players at halftime or end of a match. 8. Make coaches visible on the pitch where they should be during matches and showcase their reactions when events happen. 9. Display players from both sides coming out of the dressing room and lining up on the pitch like in real football. 10. Introduce more options to the main game menu. Thank you, and I eagerly look forward to seeing these improvements in the next version of Pro Evolution Soccer.

Dear Konami, I am writing about a blocked PS4 account following a mutual exchange of insults with another user. I understand there are rules to be respected, but it would be sensible to at least just block the chat function. In times like these, closing an account over a few swear words seems absurd. What I find most unfair is having spent a lot of money on subscriptions, games, and in-game purchases (PES20 coins), and now not being able to use them. An exchange of mutual insults can happen, but blocking an account after spending a lot of money is not right. I am looking forward to your kind response regarding the above complaint. Thank you.

I want to share that I never shared my account information with anyone or clicked on any suspicious links. While playing my game as usual one evening, I suddenly couldn't access my account at night and received an error message stating I couldn't log in. After contacting Konami, I was able to regain access to my account, which was a huge relief. I immediately changed my password and continued playing all night. The hacker only tampered with my carryover balls. It seems to be an automated process because when I checked my in-game history, it showed that the hacker accessed my account, released the carryover balls, and then didn't log in again. The next day, I faced the same issue of being unable to log in, and upon checking my email, I discovered that someone had been submitting inquiries through my account. I contacted Konami again, but unfortunately, they took a long time to respond and eventually informed me that they couldn't assist me as this was the second hacking incident. However, I believe the security breach lies with Konami and not with me. Losing my 5-year-old account, including my purchased iconic Messi, was devastating. I've updated my email address associated with Konami and can access my account through Google Chrome. I can still view my team using the owner ID from another account. The hacker seems to only make changes to my team and hasn't played any matches since January 7, [redacted]. I feel stranded since Konami has refused to help me.

I need help with my Konami account. My account was hacked twice recently, even though I never shared my details or clicked on any suspicious links. The first time, I encountered login issues and emailed Konami to recover it. The hacker only released my carryover balls and seemed to be a bot. However, the next day, I faced the same issue of being unable to login, receiving emails about unauthorized inquiries. Despite mailing Konami, it took days to respond, only to deny help since it had been hacked before. This situation isn't my fault but highlights Konami's security flaw. My account bears five years of progress, owning iconic Messi, and the hacker doesn't engage in matches and last logged in on January 7, [redacted]. I can access my account via Google Chrome, updated my registered email, and view my team using another account's owner ID. I feel helpless as Konami isn't assisting me.

A few days ago, my PES account was inaccessible, and I reached out to PES [redacted] for assistance. They responded that the account does not belong to me and cannot be recovered. As a dedicated PES user, I invested countless hours in building my account, only to have it taken over by someone else. This situation has left me feeling disheartened. I never shared my password or account information with anyone, so I am puzzled as to how someone else gained access. The account is now being used by an unauthorized person. On 22/09/[redacted], I encountered login issues while trying to access the game, receiving a "login error" message. Upon attempting to log in using my Konami ID, I was informed that my email was not registered. Following this, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the problem persisted. After two days, I discovered my account had been hacked when I checked on my friend's mobile and noticed changes to my team name, owner name, and location. Despite multiple attempts through the contact and FAQ section to recover my account by providing all relevant details, my data could not be located. Currently, I am feeling helpless and seek assistance in retrieving my original account.

My account was hacked, and the hacker changed my email address and password for my iconic player. I unknowingly clicked a link from the hacker and now can't access my account. A hacker gained access to my PES account and altered both my email and password. The email associated previously was... Someone hacked into my account, altered my registered email and password, rendering me unable to log in. My PES account got hacked, and the perpetrators changed the original Gmail address and password. My Gmail has been hacked. Please help me regain access to my Konami account. I recently purchased the new Cyber Dragon Nova deck structure, but I did not receive the Cyber Dragon icon as advertised. It did not come in the box or as a new icon, which was disappointing.
