I purchased * of the Frozen snow globe chairs to give * little girls and within a week, there was a problem with each of them. The staple in the box the chair came in popped the first girls chair, but using the repair patch, the mother was able to make it work. The second chair had the inside blow up, so it isn't a snow globe anymore. I would send a picture to show you the inside of the globe, but I'm not sure how to do that. I was going to tell you more purchase info, but the site keeps throwing me back to the sign in page and won't let me do anything. I'm not sure that it is the * little girl's faults that both of the chairs had problems. Could there have been a bad batch sent to you all? The chair was adorable and they were thrilled to get them, but I think they should have lasted more than a week or so. I'm not sure if you all can replace them or refund my money or what you could do. I am open to suggestions. Thanks for your time.
