The issue in GetHuman-stvbrods's own words
I attempted to cancel order *********** this evening. I was informed it could not be cancelled because it was placed Dec. *, which is more than ** minutes ago. Even though it had not been shipped, the only thing I could do is refuse delivery, return it to a store or request a pickup. Unfortunately no one is home during the day so it can't be refused, or picked up. My only choice is to take it to a store in the evening. What makes no sense is Kohls will spend money to ship the order and then I, as the customer has to be inconvenienced and take the order to a store to return it. This is not very customer friendly, and I need to re-evaluate if I want to continue doing business with Kohls.

GetHuman-stvbrods did not yet indicate what Kohls.com should do to make this right.
