November **th, I tried to place an order online, through ebates (Rakuten) in order to receive an additional *% off. I cannot find my Kohl's credit card, so I used my husband's in order to receive the percent off. I had other coupons, including the $** off for Veterans Day. I clicked to place the order. I then received a message in red that there was a problem and the order couldn't be placed. There was a Kohl's phone number, but when I went back to it, the message*phone the number wasn't there. So I went online to get a number. I got a recording and gave up on that.***Prior to using my husband's Kohl's charge card, I spent around a half an hour on the phone, trying to get my charge card number. I stated the reason I wanted to place my order online, i.e. Rakuten, gave answers to every question asked. After all that, I was told she could not give me my CC* and said she'd transfer me to CC. That was the number I thought I had called. **So, I was transferred and answered all the same questions I had already been asked, and was eventually told He*Kohl's was not allowed to give out CC numbers over the phone. I asked whether he could call me with it. I asked whether he could email it to me. No and No. He then told me I could come to a Kohl's store and be given a temporary pass to use my CC. **So, I went to the Westerville, Ohio store, and was told Kohl's no longer does that. She told me I could go home and use a desktop (but not my phone) to go to your web site to get my CC number, so I tried that. On that page, I was asked my I.D and password. I know my PW, but not my I.D. When I tried to get the I.D. I was asked for my credit card number. Catch **??? Yes, I'm very frustrated. I understand that Kohl's is doing this for security purposes. However, how the heck am I supposed to get my Kohl's CC*? **I have shopped at Kohl's since you moved to this area, and will continue to shop at Kohl's. I've had very few issues with Kohl's.**I need my CC number, or be allowed to use my husband's CC. I would also like to have the Veterans Day $** off of $** offer.**Thank you for your assistance in getting the problem taken care of. **Susie Scott
