You guys are pathetic. I made a payment of $**.** on April **th ****. I even got the confirmation of it. Here I am April **nd **** getting a letter a week and a half later after my payment due date STATING THAT MY ACCOUNT BOUNCED WHEN IT WAS ITS BEEN ON THERE FOR SO LONG AND I HAVE MADE PAYMENTS BEFORE AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN I OWE $*** INSTEAD AND I HAVE TO DO A MINIMUM PAYMENT OF $** WHICH I JUST GLADLY PAID AND HAVE A CONFIRMATION OF THAT AS WELL?! NO EMAIL SUGGESTING MY ACCOUNT BOUNCED. NOTHING. HERE I GO INTO MY KOHLS ACCOUNT AND YOU MADE ALLLLLL OF YOUR CHARGES INSTEAD OF EMAILING ME AND SAYING IT BOUNCED. I HONESTLY THINK YOU SHOULD REFUND ME THAT MONEY AND PUT IT BACK TO **$ THAT WAS PAID AND DO A BETTER JOB AT TELLING YOUR CUSTOMERS IF SOMETHING LIKE THAT HAPPENS AGAIN INSTEAD OF A **** LETTER A WEEK LATER AFTER PAYMENT DAY.

How GetHuman2793075 fixed the problem
I called Customer service this morning and told him the entire issue. I never missed a payment and that I have both confirmation numbers of the deductions from my account and the man politely asked me what I would like done and I told him. "I feel that since I was given no initial email or contact except for this letter a week and a half after my due date that my balance should be reduced back to what it was of $**.** and that I should be refunded the excess". The man was very considerate because he and I went through my account and it seems that in some part of the process that my account number for my bank was changed but he did see that I did indeed try to pay it on the **th of April and that I was within the due period and the letter (if it was sent earlier) I would have squared it away since I never missed a payment. VERY SATISFIED!
