There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

Order * ********** placed on March **. Received email on March ** that it had been delivered, but I did not receive it. I called customer service and was told that the item had been transferred from UPS to USPS and would be delivered between March **-**. Still no delivery. Then, yesterday, I received an email saying that the Kohl's Cash I used for the purchase had been returned to my account with no further explanation. I called customer service again and was told that the item had been returned as undeliverable and that is why the Kohl's Cash was back in my account. The man then said that Kohl's had to receive the item in order to refund payment to my credit card (but he already told me it had been returned to Kohl's). I entered my shipping and billing addresses as the same when I placed my order, but Kohl's shipped the item to an address I haven't had for * years. I asked to speak with a supervisor, as I was receiving contradictory information from the rep, but he told me "Honestly, we have a very high call volume and you won't get through." I insisted, was placed on hold, and then told that the Supervisor would only tell me the same thing I was hearing from the rep. I just want my item without all this hassle.
