I placed an order on **********. It was five items. The order shipped in * deliveries. I delivery made it to me and the other did not. It said it was being returned to kohl’s. I called ******** and was told I had to wait and to call back on ****. I waited extra time and called on *********. Was told I needed to wait til **** and call again and if it still had not been received by kohl’s then I would have to wait longer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was not allowed to. Maria argued with me and never let me speak to a supervisor. Then after ** min I was disconnected I was told that the supervisors name was Dom and she was not allowed to tell me a last name. I have been a customer since **** and have NEVER been treated this way. I have been charged for an order and never received my product. Only told that I have to continue to wait to get my refund. This to me is between kohl’s and fedex since it was never delivered to me. After all these years of great customer service I have been treated very badly and would like my refund so I can close my account
