I went to several stores to return them to my dismay all stores was out! I was sent to the kiosk and I refuse to lose my kohl’s cash and even pay a higher price for the boots. I’ve been given the run around for these boots. I was told to call customer care and they would assist with this matter. I called and I was told to take them to the store for a refund or I could be given points for the inconvenience. At this point I am an angry customer, when I hear if there are any problems with returns or any problems you have that kohl’s would take care of it with no hassles. No one seems to want to help rectify this issue. I just want the same boots no refund and I never wore them. If the top of the boot material wasn’t worn I would have no problem keeping them but that material is going to rip more when I wear them. I am so upset, I would like to know what kohl’s is willing to do to keep me and make me happy again. Thank you.
