Placed an order for * quantity- EFF * PACK window panels. When shipment arrived, I received only * panels, instead of the * (that I paid for and that the price AND description reflect). Something must be wrong in the packaging or the Kohl’s system. **I called customer service and explained the situation. The women I spoke with understood the issue and placed an order for my missing * panels. However, I think she assumed that since, in the system, the description says “* pack” that if she placed an order for * quantity I would receive my missing * panels and the issue would be resolved. Received the package and only one panel was sent. So, now I have * window panels, when I paid for and placed an order for *.**So, I called customer service today, to let them know that I am still missing a panel. I had to explain to the customer service rep numerous times what my issue was. He did not understand the problem and was constantly going dead silent on the phone. I don’t know if he was putting me on hold or what? Finally, he talks to his supervisor, and comes back telling me I would need to return * panel to the store , so that they can somehow send me the missing panel? This is an online only item, that was obviously purchased online and shipped for convience, so this does not seem to me to be a valid solution to my problem. Why on earth would I return this to the store, when I am missing an additional curtain panel?*Now, I have been on the phone for ** minutes!!! **I ask to speak to a supervisor. A woman, by the name of ELI, first of all asks “what can I help you with?” I just told this other rep my problem over and over again for ** MINUTES.....Do not make me go through it all again, when you have been talking to him!! I tell her the issue one more time and she responds by telling me, “I need to return the item to the store”, in order to get an additional panel, that I had already paid for and am missing, due to something wrong in YOUR system! Either I do the return or I have to pay for shipping (THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR ONCE)!!!!!**I was so upset, not only is she telling me I need to pay for your company’s mistake with my time or money, but I have already wasted ** minutes of my day trying to get this taken care of and have gotten no closer to a resolve then before I called. Obviously, I was upset with the options given to me, but what made it even worse is that this woman, this “SUPERVISOR” had the audacity to literally laugh at me!!!! What in the actual **** is that? Great customer service!! And she is a supervisor? **At this point, I have, yet again, told this issue in email form and on the FB feedback site. I really need someone to contact me and make this right. I am a long time customer and have recently spent a lot of money remodeling my living room. I love all of the items that I have received, but I’m not opposed to returning all of it and taking my present and future business elsewhere. This is no way to treat a regular customer!!!
