Help with my Kohls.com issue

The issue in GetHuman-joanmize's own words
I had **.** Kohls cash but someone from another state used it. I was on chat with Vincent Chat ID ******-******. He said to call ***-******* to place my order and I would get my Kohls cash applied to my order. He said to give them my chat ID and I would not have to go through the details again I called last night. I had to give her all the details again. She never placed the order so I called again tonight went through it again. She placed my order but when I got the e-mail notification the $**.** Kohls cash was not deducted from my order. How are you letting people hack into accounts and use other peoples Kohls cash? And why if you can see I did not use my Kohl's cash you are not honoring it?

GetHuman-joanmize did not yet indicate what Kohls.com should do to make this right.
