Help with my Kohls.com issue

I bought a Fingerlings Untamed Raptor Dinosaur from Kohls for $**. They mailed me part of the packaging, but no toy. I called to complain and spent ** minutes on the phone. I was told that it was no longer in stock and that I would receive a refund. And then she proceeded to tell me that I would get $* less back because I had used Kohls cash to make the purchase. This was something that I REALLY needed for Christmas. Now I don't have anything, plus I'm out another $*. All because (it looked like) someone decided to take an item from my order. Unacceptable.
GetHuman-tmariepr did not yet indicate what Kohls.com should do to make this right.
