*:** PM ********. Went to Kohls, Wyomissing, PA for return. Stood in line waiting while * women worked the PickUp Counter. After waiting about ** minutes I asked one of the women if anybody was working the Return Counter & she said, "I'll be with you in a few minutes. I'm helping PickUp desk." Several minutes she moved over to the Return counter since a line had formed behind me. She then said, "We have to work the PickUp counter first." I didn't say anything as she processed my return. First, she was snippy. Second, MY returns are just as important as "PickUps". If this is your policy it *****, especially at Xmas time.
