We placed * separate orders on Thursday morning early about **:**am. The main order in question was the Sony PS* Spiderman Black Friday deal. My wife put the item in her cart but it added * instead of just one. The website was having issues removing * of them out of the cart and so we just went on and paid for both of them instead. It was a total of $***.** cents. Then on Saturday my wife gets an email saying the order was canceled due to out of stock. Which we were like okay, but then my wife called and they advised it showed canceled. But the refund they show submitted was for an amount of only $** and not for the correct transaction of $***.** cents. So our dilemma is we have no PS*'s and we're out $***.** and need this corrected.
