I’ve placed THREE online orders in the last * weeks and yet to receive any of my Kohl’s cash via email. I stated this complaint with my most recent order * days ago and the gal told me it should arrive soon. Mom I whith has arrived in my spam either. I have been unable to use my Kohl’s cash on my last two online purchases and feel an explanation is very well deserved. I was also told that my first Kohl’s cash had expired on Nov ** and therefore in order to use the expired, I would have to do another online order. I much more prefer the store shopping to use my Kohl’s cash. As of now I should have approx $** coming from my first two orders and another $** on my most recent purchase.*I would hope to hear from SOMEONE ASAP.*I have no problem canceling my account and shopping elsewhere.*Thank you.*Diane DUGER****-***-**** OR *****@***.com
