The issue in GetHuman-lauriebs's own words
Within a half hour of placing an order, I realized that it was slated to ship to an old address of mine. I called to try to have it shipped to my correct current address and was told by an individual with a middle eastern accent it was "in process" already and that can't be changed. I then asked for the entire order to be cancelled then and was given the same response. I asked for a supervisor, whom I was never forwarded to and that's all she kept saying no matter what I asked her to do and the fact of the matter is it was between *:**PM EST - **PM EST on a Sunday with banks being closed Monday Veteran's Day, so I am sure this order is not already processed, in a box with a label and on a UPS or FEDEX or US MAIL TRUCK on its way to me already. I then asked for her to refund me since I will never receive these items. She claims she was going to put that through, but as of right now, all I see pending on my bank account online is the charge and NO REFUND. This is unacceptable and at this point, I am so confused I do not even know the current status of my shipment or order but I do know a charge is pending for items that will be delivered to someone else's home and unable to be forwarded to me as I have moved several times since I Had this address. I do not understand why KOHLS system is set up this way and would like this situation rectified on my behalf. Please contact me immediately.
