*** **** *** ** and ***-****-****Nancy A Henderson Phillip N Pleshek*This letter concerns the problems encountered when viewing your web site on **********, looking for a pair of high top shoes. The site was very difficult to view as it kept disappearing when trying to navigate. First of all, the site came up in my friend’s name, Nancy Henderson. I was using my computer. She does not own one or use one. **When the screen finally allowed my name to appear, I continued to look for shoes. Finally found a pair, but decided to delay ordering, closed the web site. The next thing I knew, Kohl’s sent an email to me stating shoes had been ordered. I had not clicked on to a buy icon as I never did see one. I called your customer service number regarding the situation. I was informed the orders were already in progress and could not be cancelled. **Two boxes arrived at **** Burbank Drive, Concord, California. One addressed to Nancy Henderson, the other to me. Both were returned to Kohl’s in Pleasanton Hill for refund. Refunds made to both of our accounts. **Nancy received a statement from Kohl’s for the entire amount of both pair of shoes totaling $***.**, payment due date, **********. When checking with your representative today by phone, I was informed my account shoes ZERO. Why would the records not show a credit of $**.**? CAn this amount be credited to Nancy's account? We can email copies of credit receipts. Thanks...Phillip Pleshek and Nancy Henderson
